Events needs to be done apart from work. events organized because you have to pay certain part from you salary which is never yours. HR people are very tough and arrogant. All maintenance projects. Company has no cafeteria to relax if you want

Some project managers, directors, and VPs struggle to push back on unreasonable client demands, prioritizing project acquisition over employee well-being. Teams are intentionally kept small to ensure the continuation of client projects, leading to overburdened employees.
