Nothing is good over there. Fake punching is being prompted by management only, salary date is no fixed also, every seconds policy changes that to person to person which will impact your salary. You will have to work for 12hrs. Working culture is very bad

Salary deduction, politics, worst environment, working hours 12hrs, every 10 days you will get PIP with LOP which will finally lead to if your salary is 25k than you will get 8k after 12hrs working n completion of target, promotion to people doing fake commitment plus fake punching, also if you will ask for leave you will get terminated, no any weekoffs in whole month

Salary issues for work from home employees. A good salary had been offered but with a condition that during you probation company can terminate you for non performance and you might not be paid. The pain is great when you work for a month, just a day before the salary the management sent a mail that performance issue is there, achieve the target (Next to impossible) or it might lead to termination. Next day you get the relieving letter and the salary you thought you will get will disappear in air. Advice - Work from home is a risky take as salary is not guaranteed. If work from office is there then there is more security in terms of salary paid.

Generally the people here are great and eager to help if you ever have a question/ doubt. Good culture have a very flat structure where you will work directly with senior management. Good benefits and well organized office. Colleagues at your level are great and amazing to working with them. Great opportunities to network within EXPRTO.
