Being a startup, you to get learn a lot.

Dislikes

No one takes ownership of anything and blame game is always there. Every function is not treated equally and lot of baised behaviour towards Eng & Finance. Decision are oriented towards the above functions and not with practical examples. A lot of bandwidth is invested in mirco managing the work which should not be the case. Work which should be done by designated people is delegated in most of the cases.

No strict timings.⁵ Freedom for work. No leave policy. High ownership less support. Logical decisions are accepted. Better than most of the Startups in EV field as product make sense and product is good Good buisness sense and unique product

Dislikes

1. High work pressure and short product timelines. 2. Poor knowledge transfer to new people. 3. Not for people who value mental stability. 4. Regional Groupism and favouritism. 5. No job security. They make you leave company.If you are at your low in your life 6. Most of the old people have good exposure but doesn't support the new joiners. Exception if you are connected to them in some way( Eg. Mostly Mallus support other Mallus no matter what) 7. No value of people. No good leaders but freedom for people to take decisions. 8. No festival celebration and people bonding activities.( Not much relevant)

Dislikes

There is no Learning. Polytics with contract people. No proper guidance. Always checking our phone and personal matter terrible. Not responding our messages and give bad report to company. I recommend not to join this company through contract. They will take experience people give chilly work.
