I like the work environment, they don't poke continuously or irritate you. Only if you missed some session or classes they call , but that also nicely only.

Dislikes

Salary Big issue, like when I started working here, they provided me 30 to 35 k per month salary. Which was okk. But in just three months they came up with variable pay salary, like if you take classes you will be paid on per session basis. So you won't be able to believe my salary just got reduced my 38%. I mean it's difficult to live with this salary, like promising something and doing something else. It's also like using you for making there own money but they will not provide you what you deserve. Fully exploitation which I think Indian are best in doing. They also say increase your work hour you will paid more, but why? Work is not life right.

For a start-up, Exploring Infinites has a healthy work culture with competent managers and leaders. I have seen the company grow by several folds and there's a culture to nurture and value it's employees. The co founders have an open door policy where anyone can contribute to the company - bring in fresh ideas and suggestions for the betterment of the company.

Dislikes

There isn't anything that I dislike about the company. For a start-up in it's nascent stages and picking up off the ground, they're doing a great job.

Exploring Infinities is a very good educational start up company, which allows every individual employee to share their ideas and thoughts. The company handles and manages the conditions very well to create a fun loving working atmosphere.

Pleasant work environment and culture, supportive teammates and encouraging management, new learning opportunity offered. In spite of being a fresher, I got the opportunity to grow faster and achieve a higher position in the company.
