...ated like puppet from Chennai management, No decision making power for mumbai. Do not believe on variable pay because you will not get it being deserving candidate Rotation policy sucks, you won't get onsite easily if you are from mumbai, Chennai people get more onsite opportunity than mumbai because chennai manager don't trust/like mumbai people easily. No values of employee if client don't give permission (Specifically Y*S bank client) They kill 50% workforce.

Likes

Work life balance is very good. Ideal for 9 to 6 job lovers. Work load is average and salary and compensations are always on time. HR, Admin and office staff are very supportive.

Dislikes

Compensation is less compared with market standards. Very less variety in projects hence very less scope to learn and use new skills. Many employees working for more than 5-10 years hence difficult to implement any new process. Also management is not much approachable and supportive.

In time salary and working with people who don't know the actual work

Micromanagement, Gender , Regional and language discrimination no equal opportunity and no appreciation for work, very poor hike, useless managers at Bangalore automotive department, they have forgotten what GM means they don't consider as General Manager but gossip Manager, No skill development at all they only want to deal with excel and chatgpt.

Nothing special... They will tell great place to work. But nothing is great here, only salary comes on time.

Useless HR department. Pls avoid this company Management will hear your problems, but won't solve them. HRBP will pretend as if a good person, but won't help you No career growth, no promotions, you will get less hike. They will ask you to serve 3 months notice No transportation facilities, food, If no project they will ask you to quit the job They will put you in some client site and you need to serve for the client and you need to persuade client for increment and recognition.
