Nothing than salary. Do not get into trap as they will kick you out later in cost cutting in few months once they feel their work is done.

...modity. You are valued till the time your part of work is needed in the company. Once they feel their work is done, they will ask you to leave in the name of cost cutting. Even though they will be having various project to work on but they will not give that work to you and will focus more on kicking you out from the company. If you are good at buttering your managers and co founders over there, you are safe and if not then be ready to be kick off within 6 months from your joining date.

The challenge of solving complex problems as well as the sense of accomplishment that comes with finding a solution. I enjoy my workplace's environment and flexible work schedule

Joined Expertrons as a Sales Executive. The salary and add ons like incentives have been a great opportunity as a fresher. The growth factor simply required numbers and the right skill set.

Everything. Selling franchise worth nothing and students pay in a hope of assured job which don't exist
