It's not give good salary for right candidate and it hasn't environment to encourage for skill improvement and doesn't appreciate for your skill set.

I don't satisfied with salary, benefits & appraisal/promotions. If any person need it's best in working then definitely he/she needs some appraisal or promotion. This small things encourage employees to do work happily & with higher quality. I think this part needs to be improve.
