The only thing I liked is that Saturdays are off. But that doesn't guarantee that you wont end up Working from Home.

... you as human beings, they treat you as animals. Make you work till late nights. I have worked 18 hours straight without any overtime or compensation and that too multiple times. They basically want that you should be able to do any task/work which is given to you apart from your KRA. They have problem when you leave office on time. At the time of joining, they will make you Sign Bond for 2 years. Those who aren't helpless wont sign it. But most of the new employees do sign. They also keep the marksheets of the freshers. And then there is Mr. Kumar Vivekanand, who is GM Sales there, but doesn't have any kind of team under him lol. He has a habit of poking his nose in each and every matter which doesn't even concern him. I haven't seen a more rude and annoying person in my whole life. He lacks manners to talk professionally and behave professionally and shouts loudly on the floor. He came in that organization as HR and now is GM Sales. Though he lacks skills to handle any of those posts. He has been in that organization for a long time and I doubt he will get a job anywhere outside this Lala company. There is Mr. Awasthi also, who as a manager will keep finding faults in your work. Rather than saying things on your face, all he does is Email, putting HR in the loop. He thinks that way he can threaten or put some kind of pressure on his subordinates. But then there is always someone who can give back/reciprocate with equal or even more force. (winks !!!) In short, please don't join this organization whether you are a fresher or experienced. Freshers are paid just INR 10,000-INR 15,000 here. Even labors/sweepers get paid more than that. On top of that they are made to sign bond for 2 years and their marksheets are kept. Experienced people will never be able to grow here because of too much politics from the senior employees.

They put in front of higher authorities without any prepration

Dislikes

Do not value their employee, work and the efforts done by the employees. Neither promotions nor salary increments. Over all they don't care about the employee's effort nor they resolve the issues provided by clients.

As a business analyst they will let you travel to many places, but you can't come back to your home on any festival even if your work is completed

No respect to any employee, delay in salary for more than 1 month blame the employees for the delay in salary, HR head doesn't respect any employee and harassing them in front of anyone, the MD and other official do multiple travels to client and always perfer to stay in 5star hotels, but can't pay there employees, the advance payment for travel when requested is received 15 days after the requested date that to 70% of the requested amount. Every employee have to fight for there salary and strikes are a common thing in the company and every week there is a strike for salary, variable or pending increment. The company will not give more than 10% increment either you have worked above your pay scale or you have not done a single task. Worst possible management and administration department, cheating there clients by clamming a different companies name while doing a project and request every business analyst to create a document with fake company name. No learning opportunity to anyone. Better move to a different company. Currently I m working in an MNC and I have removed the experience of this company to get the job and it was pulling me down as an experience

Nothing to like here seriously

Dislikes

Let me go through it- First of all if you are fresher got in bond in 2.6 year Second salary doesn't come on time Also if you resign no FNF for 1 or 2 year Also on resignation mail they don't give acceptance And you can send like infinite mail to HR at last you got no response. That's the reality check and yup one more thing only web forms you got to work on here

In prespective of job security this company is very good. They do'nt fire any employee.

Dislikes

Variable is pending for last three years. Salary does not come on time for last 2 years. Due to covid-19 situation company is disbursing 50% salary only.
