Likes Overall company is good , everything salary is quite good, teammates also supportive . Canteen is good for one time dinner or lunch. Transport facility of company is soo good.

Specially in our Quality department we have a good team and fully cooperative and supportive over all atmosphere is good and friendly .

Dislikes

It’s take huge time to any change and modification if we suggest as per requirements from the customer which will some ware impact on our as well company image of work .

New management is very good from operations point of view. Sales target achieved continuously from last 1 year. New developments are in line. Company will be top notch in coming years.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
