There no pressure of work rest all the things are worst in this company . Company does not want to pay their employees and always find the way how can deduction be done from employees salary.

I dislike salary, culture, people over here. No one can improve their skills over here. Overall this is the worst company.

I learn too many things in training as well as while working at EXL. I got promotion within 1 & 1.5 year. Which is big achievement of my career. Travelling facility is good. Work environment is friendly and supportive. Learning opportunity is more.

Dislikes

Cafeteria is not good. Salary is not as much as good compare to other company but career opportunity is good.

As an organisation EXL may be good but the process under which I worked was pathetic and the manegement sucks.

The toxic culture, they don't pay the same amount to employees who have been working hard here from last 4-5 years but they pay the current market payout to the new employees

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.

-If you are not getting any other opportunities then try here for experience purposes only -Do not expect any hikes -Micro Management -Spending many hours on updating many tracker like time tracker (task start time & end time for each & every activities), issue log & open line items etc... -there is no 9 hours shift & we have to ready to work 24/7
