Exl is company where employees have job security, work culture is friendly, managers and higher management are too supportive

Dislikes

Exl doesn't have value of old people who are working since long time with exl. Not increasing package as per Market correction. Not satisfied with CTC and salary

... for upskilling employees who want to grow in future within the organization. The compensation is as per government standards. I am content with it.

Salary is awful..but company culture is good and salary also varies from process to process.If someone can survive in lower income that company is made for you and poor one sided transport facility and there are lots of cost cutting has come into the picture so I had to resign.

Awful salary and poor transport facility and cost cutting has come into the picture and there are no MNC standards

The company has good HR policies,flexible to employee issues. There is good learning and exposure.

Dislikes

...positive environment to work other leader creates pressure and appreciates less. The salary is definitely less.
