Dislikes

Health Insurance is the worst No additional benefits I feel from the company Lot of cost cuttings.. If you work remotely, forget any benefits like team meet, outings, diwali or annual gifts. Promotions are ambiguous and very much opaque.

Salary... they give salary in penny, chillers, Managers. I want to take names Kiran and mukesh ( she is real evil ) Ther are the real enemy they will cut you down after hiring 1.5 lac to 2 lac freshers😆 this is how they justify their salary... You can't take you CL PL SL, if you want you have to work on Saturday, I don't know when or ever government will look these matters? They will deduct employees PF plus employers pension amount from your salary 😆😆😆 And because you are the employee you cant argue about it because boss is always right.. (This is Illigal) And HRs they will sell themselves in just 2 thousands. Good luck 🤞

Got a low-balled offer letter without salary negotiation
Drawing 16 fixed and 1.6 bonus at my current org. when the recruiter reached out to me, I mentioned that I was looking for at least 20L. The interviews went great and every interviewer asked about salary and I gave numbers like 21, 22. Now these guys released an offer letter without any salary negotiation with 20L fixed and 3L bonus. I feel cheated, first because there was no honest conversation about money and just because I told the recruiter 20 a month ago doesn't mean I don't want to negotiate that amount. Second, I am up for a raise next month that will push my base 10% more. There is 1.6L bonus of my current salary that is pending. I would leave that on the table as well. Honestly, I want to leave my job for any reason. There is no competing offer to make me fearless in negotiations. Any tips or advice please.
