I haven't like anything about this organisation... Although I had worked with this company for 6 years but that was the worst time of my life... I kind of trauma I faced there I can't explain.

Dislikes

Salary, lot of politics is there... Seniors are not promoting juniors on the basis of work , they are promoting on the basis of favouritism, work environment is pathetic..senior manager dosent know how to speak with subordinate, use offensive language while giving feedback... There is a mental harrasement of mine.. My senior manager use to speak non sense about my Hindu religion.

The company promoted buttering culture. Senior management believed in sacking subordinates to make the team leaner and get promotions and variable pay. Not an open for policy. Arm twisting techniques used during appraisal.

As an organisation EXL may be good but the process under which I worked was pathetic and the manegement sucks.

Dislikes

The toxic culture, they don't pay the same amount to employees who have been working hard here from last 4-5 years but they pay the current market payout to the new employees

I like the culture and the atmosphere of the office. Management is also the plus point of the review and they should also be appreciated for there hard work.

Salary package is excellent for experienced. Fresher will get the decent amount.

-Nothing about Good in this company & we are happy on salary day only -You will enhance your skill in excel application by updating so many trackers

-If you are not getting any other opportunities then try here for experience purposes only -Do not expect any hikes -Micro Management -Spending many hours on updating many tracker like time tracker (task start time & end time for each & every activities), issue log & open line items etc... -there is no 9 hours shift & we have to ready to work 24/7
