...but has some Major loopholes that one day know before joining. Below are they 1. Salary and other perks are very less in comparison to the market. 2. Promotion is very rare because the there many folks who were with them from 10-12 years . 3. There is no IJP system to move to next level only the people with long tongue will be promoted. 4. Management always make false commitment to the employee to retain them so never fall under there trap. Consider above said lines, if you are planning to be part of EXL

Nothing. I don't like anything about working at EXL.

There is no professional growth. Not a good salary compensation. Terrible people (most of them) not giving an opportunity to freshers to learn and grow but keep hoarding on their outputs. Gave a PC system during covid and it is like a device where even if you have to do Google search you need special permission. You cannot access your EXL mail through it. You can just access client's virtual desktop. To open EXL mail also you need special permissions.

Best work life balance, no mental stress, mutual respect between supervisors and subordinates, learning varies from team to team, average growth, nice environment

Pay is less as compared to market, learning is very less in most teams

The company provides you opportunity to learn multiple things in the same company. Regular trainings being conducted on new technologies. One can maintain Work life balance. Fun and other activities such as Zumba ,dancing etc being conducted on a regular basis to entertain their employees. In one word it's fun working at EXL
