Health Insurance is the worst No additional benefits I feel from the company Lot of cost cuttings.. If you work remotely, forget any benefits like team meet, outings, diwali or annual gifts. Promotions are ambiguous and very much opaque.

Good work life balance in most of the projects. Salary hike is above average and good bonus if your review is good. Direct client interaction.

Learning is not great. Management is not very supportive. Office lacks lot of facilities.

The work-life balance is almost zero with almost 15-hour days with no compensation as leaves or incentives( at least in my case). the room for learning anything new is low just due to these long hou

Disconnect with leadership and it doesn’t feel like you are part of a system, rather an individual contributor, if you are working on pilot projects, beware that none cares for you until or unless the project works!
