Compensation structure and infrastructure facilities only good things

Nothing.except compensation benefits not an employ friendly company with no HR support. No work life balance. Upper management only concerned with gross margin. This company destroyed so many bright carrers

The company has good HR policies,flexible to employee issues. There is good learning and exposure.

...positive environment to work other leader creates pressure and appreciates less. The salary is definitely less.

Promotion and Salary hikes are Pathetic!!! Upper leadership are the real world blood sucking worms, they don't hesitate even if they could suck 10 rupees from you...I haven't seen the level of cost cutting in any other company compared to what EXL have...very degraded corporate culture..!!!!

one aspect that I found less satisfactory was the salary, which I felt was not up to the mark. Despite this, the enriching experience and the excellent work culture made my time at EXL worthwhile.

Company has work life balance and flexible working hours in Analatics and Digital.

Dislikes

... management leave the organization and those who replace them they are not upto. They are trying to implement US work culture, like hire fire culture but in terms of package they are not even follow Indian market. The new top management don't even respect those who spend more than a decade in the organization.
