Except the online trainings, everything is pathetic!!!

Promotion and Salary hikes are Pathetic!!! Upper leadership are the real world blood sucking worms, they don't hesitate even if they could suck 10 rupees from you...I haven't seen the level of cost cutting in any other company compared to what EXL have...very degraded corporate culture..!!!!

I worked at EXL for nearly three years and had an incredibly fulfilling experience. one aspect that I found less satisfactory was the salary, which I felt was not up to the mark. Despite this, the enriching experience and the excellent work culture made my time at EXL worthwhile.

Company has work life balance and flexible working hours in Analatics and Digital.

Dislikes

... management leave the organization and those who replace them they are not upto. They are trying to implement US work culture, like hire fire culture but in terms of package they are not even follow Indian market. The new top management don't even respect those who spend more than a decade in the organization.

Health Insurance is the worst No additional benefits I feel from the company Lot of cost cuttings.. If you work remotely, forget any benefits like team meet, outings, diwali or annual gifts. Promotions are ambiguous and very much opaque.

Increment is to low while compare to others P4p given on their personal interest I didn't get my final settlement and experience letter yet now I didn't get proper training that's why I have only little bit knowledge about our process Last time I didn't get my stutotary bonus I asked my supervisor and Lead assistant manager they told to me we don't know who get this bonus .
