The Management is pathetic, they treat their employees very badly. Evening will be entirely consumed with work and they will never appreciate your hard work. Their is no job security at all.

...eir dirty politics to find flaws in your work and make you feel under confident. The appraisal cycle is very partial and your salary will never be justified. Their HR representative are very rude and they will never help you with anything. You have to take permission from your manager for literally everything and there is lots of micromanagement.

All the pros and cons depends on project to project basis. 1. My manager was super supportive in nature. 2. Work pressure is minimal. 3. Amazing work culture at client side as well.

1. Compensation 2. Leave structure 3. Less recognition

Salary always on time, Job security and WLB is excellent. Good clientele and projects.

Dislikes

Constant unnecessary meetings. Most of the time I spend is in unnecessary meetings. Even if you take more responsibilities like in my case, my manager is resigning and i am taking care of all his work even managing the team but they won't promote you instantly.

You'll grow a lot if this is where you start your career. There are a lot of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

...uivalent to the lower ends of the industry standards but the fixed is very less. The salary structure for campus hires has remained the same since 6-7 years.

I would say Job security is the only likeable thing here

No good management, less pay , no work life balance, sometimes you need to work 14 to 15 hours a day , no knowledge transition you will get thousand lines of code now understand it
