Less salary compared to other companies. Biased salary plans for tier2 college students over IITians,even though the work remains the same.

The job security is the major plus point in EXL Services and also the colleagues are from different cultures backgrounds.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor according to the market value and there is no technical growth. You have to work on the same technologies. Manager do not value an individual work and never appreciate employee work. I do receive appreciation from clients on a regular basis, but they doesn't affect my mid-year appraisals. Also there is no on-job training if you want to learn something new.

Huge discrimination in salary of campus hiring and laterals. Very bad work life balance. HR are rude and if you face any issue in private life they will try to trap you and kick you out of organization. The bangalore HR she will not abuse you but insult you for smaller things. Like current(2021 nov) HR of Bangalore office.
