Pressure is not there. Working hours are good. Nice Holidays. meals. Threats and Challenges:-- Appraisals are not up to the mark not sufficient. Salary packages for executives and associates are Very Less. Nights shifts are there. Not so much innovations as like offers in Diwali Holi that if u will work on those days u will get 2000/3000/5000 amount. EXL is a nice company and if it wants to retain a nice and better from nice, then they have to retain and maintain the status quo of "EXL never fires the employees" this policy. If this giant wants to be best amongst all then they have to continue this policy year by year or forever till that it winds up.

...yees regarding OH and taking holidays and other things. Appraisals are not good. Salary packages of executives associates are very less. Do not give much hike to the employees hiring from outside the companies. Firing of people on to the obtaining and implementing of technologies. If they get good technologies, they will fire.

Their work culture is good overe there all supervisors and managers are supportive.

Their salary structure they don't do increment as employee expectations. And also they don't offers good salary to their employees in insurance Process.

Salary... they give salary in penny, chillers, Managers. I want to take names Kiran and mukesh ( she is real evil ) Ther are the real enemy they will cut you down after hiring 1.5 lac to 2 lac freshers😆 this is how they justify their salary... You can't take you CL PL SL, if you want you have to work on Saturday, I don't know when or ever government will look these matters? They will deduct employees PF plus employers pension amount from your salary 😆😆😆 And because you are the employee you cant argue about it because boss is always right.. (This is Illigal) And HRs they will sell themselves in just 2 thousands. Good luck 🤞

floor community is the nature of EXL employees they makes community and tries to terminate to new hires and AM and Manager are deaf and dumb in many process

No Given good aapraisal and promotion. Very bad experience I face in EXL Services. The salary package in which I joined as a fresher in EXL Services. after completing 4 years in EXL hardly 25 to 30 thousands rupees increased in my salary package.
