Personally I don't suggest EXL to anyone, work life balance is zero. I working here daily for 12 hours but they pay for only 9 hours.

Environment, Appraisals, they are also biased on the basis of religion

...rk environment and culture. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good. They give good bonus for performance every quarterly and every year bonus as well.

Appraisal is not good and promotion to next level takes longer than u expect.

Mandatory overtime without overtime pay. Most of the joiners are freshers so that the manager can easily handle or replace them. Don’t know whether this is with a specific team under a toxic manager or within the entire company. Some of my coworkers is taking therapy to handle the work pressure where the hourly charge of therapy cost higher than the daily salary.

There is no specific salary grade for example two person at same level can have salary difference upto double

The Company provide stable job and decent compensation benefits if you're wise enough to know your worth. You can work here for a long period of time.

Dislikes

The appraisals are not as per the market standards even if you have worked hard the whole year it will be disregarded. Internal management politics is too hars and only favours the ones who are near and dear ones of management. Growth in terms of hardwork is also slow.
