Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The management is very poor. No matter how hard you are working in the end they'll always taunt you. Very bad work politics is there. nepotism is there.

eximotek india pvt.ltd. is a leading Dry Ice blasting company in India. I love the fact that I am a part of of a team that markets reliable, high quality services and has a global client base. As a result I get to visit in various automobile manufacturing, fertilizer, and food industry where I closely observed the manufacturing process.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

slow growth. The work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 12 -14 hrs straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. there is no job training for fresher.
