Salary and incentive structures are good.

Dislikes

The company suddenly forces employees to take leave for indefinite period and shows that they have not sufficient workload. It is very disrespectful and inhumane practice for working staff.

.... No inspiration, no motivation and they expect us to get excel in every domain. They dont even give any bonus, rise in salary and do not conduct any meeting to hear out their employees. The CEO of the company is total disrespectful person. He doesn't even know how to talk with people. He screams and expect that employees will work with this attitude. Sometimes i feel sorry for him as he is a total frustrated person with no prior knowledge to run a company.All he wants from you is to do tons of work without expecting any positive feedback or acknowledgedment. The HR of the firm is just a dummy. She have no power. All decisions are taken by the CEO himself. I worked for so long in this company, but at the time of leaving the company they really misbehaved with me which i do not deserve.

Work-life balance is okay-ish. The company pays salary on time.

Dislikes

The company was way better even a few years back, however, now, no proper policies. The company is not registered, so no PF or any benefits. While working, I've felt that the concern is very sexist and doesn't employ married women.

Polite behaviour of the management and employees; provision to develop skills; salary and benefits are fairly good for a fresher; prompt response, professionalism.

Dislikes

As few days have been past since I joined, I haven't yet seen the bad side of it. I wish I don't have to.

There's hardly anything to like about working at Eximius Research. However, good learning opportunities and scope for understanding of the subject matter are present. Teams and employees are very friendly and coordinative.

Dislikes

Salary, compensation, benefits and work-life balance are just pathetic. You cannot have a peaceful day-off or an undisturbed leave; that's a very rare occasion. Management is a total nuisance. The Business Head is an extortionist and had been a great torture for the employees. No defined set of HR policies, rather no HR at all. Only one lady manages everything.
