Excellent work environment and culture the management are very good the policy are good hike on salary on every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

1. Salary on the last date of the month. 2. Travel expenses being cleared within 7 days. 3. Brand recall among end consumer.

Dislikes

1. Zero work life balance. 2. Saturday and some sundays too you will have to work. 3. Attrition rate of over 45% speaks volumes about the culture 4. Old Vs New lobby, where only the old junk will succeed 5. Average tenure of new recruits is less than 19-20 months 6. Processless and systems less organization 7. Toxic work environment because of some old junks waiting for their retirement and extention after that. 8. These old junk treat the new recruits as threat to them.

It's ok ok. I am working here since July-23 to till date. I observed a lot of things like here is no work life balance and toxic atmosphere. 1.Work life balance 2. Every day going like closing day 3. Toxic atmosphere 4. Biased appraisal system

1. You have to stay whole night in office on month end 2. Every day meeting in meet with same speach again and again 3. Abusive language used by RSM and ASM 4. Personal attack and personal talk like ( teri kiti gf he meri 5 he said by ASM) 5. Mentally harashmet by ASM & RSM 6. No support by ASM just fake promishes 7. ASM come to market after 4pm before that he was in home taking his meal when ever you call him 8. No support from ASM When he was with us in feeld just rubish talk 9. ASM dot do any thing just talk 10. Be aware of "chatu employe" 11. OLD ASM was very supportiv 12. Too much poltics towrds hard work employe 13. You will judge by your carecter 14.
