HR is very weak and only there for recruitment and payroll. Systems and processes very weak and some employees have taken advantage of to earn money in unethical ways and are still working in the company.

It's ok ok. I am working here since July-23 to till date. I observed a lot of things like here is no work life balance and toxic atmosphere. 1.Work life balance 2. Every day going like closing day 3. Toxic atmosphere 4. Biased appraisal system

Seniors People don't know properly knowledge of Exim. Also they don't listen if you advise something about new foreign trade policy and procedure.
