There is nothing to like about in Exide.

Dislikes

...litics at every level and even the top management indulges and encourages that. Annual increment is on Basic salary which is 3-4% on the CTC. HR is very weak and only there for recruitment and payroll. Systems and processes very weak and some employees have taken advantage of to earn money in unethical ways and are still working in the company.

1. Zero work life balance. 2. Saturday and some sundays too you will have to work. 3. Attrition rate of over 45% speaks volumes about the culture 4.
