This issue is further compounded by a lack of transparent communication from the management, leaving employees uncertain about the resolution of these delays. Additionally, EPFO contributions have not been credited properly, despite due dates being provided, raising concerns about compliance and financial security. These ongoing issues have led to dissatisfaction and a sense of instability among the workforce.

An organization which does not wait till the appraisal period to elevate resources both in terms of career wise and monetarily rather does it immediately if he/she is a real asset and adds value to the organization. Approachable leaders and on the whole the management ensures that the employees are well taken care of so that they can deliver their best.
