When you charge in cpu they will overhear you for years. Mid-level management is filled with B.com and B.A Graduates. Think of their nature towards the team with a minimum B.E degree.

Even when we try to complete our work and move he will find a way to create drama to pull you down Think 100 times to join the company - they will be brainwashed by giving heavy salary hikes during joining. BA leads are like money lender they can call you anytime. No job security, full office politics. BA leads are there to steal your credit without doing any tasks.
