It's a very adamant and dominanted Team leaders on here . The team leaders are very provoke . There thinking about our side argument is only correct. HOV THANJAVUR side have a most irritating and domination team leaders

It is a good place to use our knowledge. But looking by salary vice there is not a good place to earn

salary is the main concern. Nowadays for a fresher in BPO the minimum salary is atlease 8k. I utilized this only came from Source HOV. There the salary level for fresher is only 5k for first 3 months

No growth, No incentive paid, no work ethics, egoistic management, self centric supervisors who don't know team management, if there is someone who is an old work horse like been there for 20years, he or she will get their way even if it costs the business to loose.....

Such a best strat up of carrier for freshers. ₹10,000(from 2023 onwards) salary for new joining. Annually ₹1000 increment. On time salary & bonus. If you completed 5 years got graduaty amount & pf pension amount fully ( If proper relieving only). Give priority for who willing to work night shifts. (For Claims Adjudication process). 2 days leave for claims Adjudication process only.

BE gradutes are strictly prohibited. Kindly Avoid those guise to put your steps in this company. Incentives are providing delayed. ( After change as exela technologies). Married girls who have kids are strictly prohibited.
