Such a best strat up of carrier for freshers. ₹10,000(from 2023 onwards) salary for new joining. Annually ₹1000 increment. On time salary & bonus. If you completed 5 years got graduaty amount & pf pension amount fully ( If proper relieving only). Give priority for who willing to work night shifts. (For Claims Adjudication process). 2 days leave for claims Adjudication process only.

BE gradutes are strictly prohibited. Kindly Avoid those guise to put your steps in this company. Incentives are providing delayed. ( After change as exela technologies). Married girls who have kids are strictly prohibited.

They select freshers and guys from village quickly because they accept the low salary they offer. I don't like this but an opportunity for them to get into Bpo.

Dislikes

It's waste of time joining here, no growth,no hike,lot of work pressure,freshers can join and see and learn how worst a Bpo is and witness lot of politics and backstabbing.
