For me it's my near my Office and the atmosphere and work culture is so good. Team and colleagues are so friendly that's the main thing I've found in exela. Overall almost 3 years with exela is unforgettable memory.

The Salary. I've got very less salary and LPA in exela. That's the only problem in that office is less pay or wages.

No growth, No incentive paid, no work ethics, egoistic management, self centric supervisors who don't know team management, if there is someone who is an old work horse like been there for 20years, he or she will get their way even if it costs the business to loose.....

Such a best strat up of carrier for freshers. ₹10,000(from 2023 onwards) salary for new joining. Annually ₹1000 increment. On time salary & bonus. If you completed 5 years got graduaty amount & pf pension amount fully ( If proper relieving only). Give priority for who willing to work night shifts. (For Claims Adjudication process). 2 days leave for claims Adjudication process only.

BE gradutes are strictly prohibited. Kindly Avoid those guise to put your steps in this company. Incentives are providing delayed. ( After change as exela technologies). Married girls who have kids are strictly prohibited.

If any Star below single star would opt that, Nil Job Guarantee. Worthless politics, Worst HR as well as no employee care. Not capable to retain the projects. Worst Transition and Crm team

they don't increase salary also don't provide the incentives.. they provide only low salary. also rude hr and manager. work pressure is high.. don't apply in this company
