For some employee job is secure like me. I worked Exela more than 5 years in Pune branch. But in some cases they have hire and fire rule. Work life is balance depending on project. Employees are good and helpful.

Very bad in compensation. Management is not good. HR are not receivable on time. Advise to the management is that please take care of employees . As employer has expectation from employee like that every employee has expectation from the employers. Each and every employee should deserve appraisal.

When you charge in cpu they will overhear you for years. Mid-level management is filled with B.com and B.A Graduates. Think of their nature towards the team with a minimum B.E degree.

No salary hikes. Joined and left in the same salary after working 12-13 hours for 3 years. Poor management. No new technologies

Work flexible based on Team. Note: “Team”. Old Technology people , elder people Can survive by slave!

Package, Position, everything is controlled by Team managers. In this company HR is like a toy and useless position. Every orders are from Managers. Work culture poor. Technologies are too old. No current technologies. 1-2 teams have mvc products but chunk of codes/no knowledgeable person available to develop. Poor coding culture. No git,tfs,cloud especially NO proper tool for source controlling. No new technologies so Asp.net products available but it is already old one and No new product. In future also NO. And learning a product is also somewhat difficult due to product complexity(No BA people so they are developed by SW only so dump). No agile techniques. No proper Hike sometimes they ll skip appraisals. Everybody has senior designations title so designation is worthless. Work hours minimum 10hrs-13hrs due to WFH. Old people like me escaped/moved to other company and new people are there so product/technology/code/support/handle everything ll be burden to new people for sure. You will think bad with in few months after u have joined. Also Exela’s also getting down. Investors are quarreling in their linkedin page. So Guys “no future”. After very long time,team political stunt,everything I understood and i felt shame at my interviews for cant answer like technology people(exela technology ppl are old. No trend) after struggling i got better job to move. Yes I survived here for a decade but they are treated us like used paper. No personal review. Dont go for Fake promises/WFH/sweet coating offers.
