When you charge in cpu they will overhear you for years. Mid-level management is filled with B.com and B.A Graduates. Think of their nature towards the team with a minimum B.E degree.

Even when we try to complete our work and move he will find a way to create drama to pull you down Think 100 times to join the company - they will be brainwashed by giving heavy salary hikes during joining.
