For some employee job is secure like me. I worked Exela more than 5 years in Pune branch. But in some cases they have hire and fire rule. Work life is balance depending on project. Employees are good and helpful.

Dislikes

Very bad in compensation. Management is not good. HR are not receivable on time. Advise to the management is that please take care of employees . As employer has expectation from employee like that every employee has expectation from the employers. Each and every employee should deserve appraisal.

Good for freshers who want to start their career and do not have any offers in hand.

No salary hikes. Joined and left in the same salary after working 12-13 hours for 3 years. Poor management. No new technologies

No compensation benifit nothing.. at the time of joining you got package same package will remains till you not left the job.

Company environment and culture is very good. Seniors are supportive and management is good and Company policies are also good. There is work life balance also maintain.

There is very less salary hike on every appraisal cycle.

...finitely you will enjoy working on this company and stay in your memory forever. You will get low salary but work press is less then 0.01% only. You will ask to work on any previous company you liked means i choose excela(source HOV) with out opening eyes
