Teammates are helpful, No support during Covid -19. Not paid salaries of employees after made them working for complete month. No revert from the management . Employees struggling for survival.. Pathetic , shameless , cruel company .

It is very painful to state that Exclusife technosoft Pvt Ltd , Noida ,UP. has not paid salary to the employees during Covid -19 , after made them working for complete month . Management is not reverting to the mail sent , they are acting shameless and cruel during this hardtime . Employees struggling for survival . It is a baseless , nonreliable and fraud company . In short terrible organisation.

Every month 1st day is for employees where we go for movie/lunch. Salary receive on time. Training is OK we receive.

Dislikes

No scope of Career Growth, Incentive/appraisal receive after 6-8month which should be receive in 3minth as per appointment letter. NO one is going to hear you on Head office, as Ahmedabad regional head speak wrong commitment. Head Seniors force us to deposit fraud cheque or bounce cheque of our own or by the customer to get bounce. No time balance as they force us to work long time. Bad and worst company I every had in my life.

No salary on time.no management..no growth...i left in just 4months coz i was not seeking any future opportunities....even customer satisfaction ration is nil..

Management and No salary/incentives on time. Plus HR force all new joiners to put good reviews on FB/insta/google...fake people.. They are playing with executives carrier.

...and also team manager very helpfull at avery stage , motivating , encouraging Yes there are likes and dislikes as well but overall was good interm of salary , appraisal is also good totally depend on you
