Loads of scope to learn new things each day. Work load is huge but it can be balanced easily by working smartly.

Dislikes

Since the company is small, there is a huge scope of learning new technologies and working on multiple projects and gaining some solid experience throughout but on the other hand the salary is a little on a lower side as compared to market standards. Accordingly increments are also lesser but regular though.
