1. Partiality and discrimination 2. Management is disrespectful 3. ProMotion and appraisal is terrible 4. No job security. One can be jobless next day 5. No company vision and business process and ideas. 6. Hiring and firing is on fast track. 7. Attrition rate is around 50% 8. Big and fabricated words are use with no logic and business goals 9. Hr gives a fake turnover imagination 10. Anyone can be your manager any day with out basic knowledge and education of the process 11. Stay away from this company is you want to be in peace

We are driven for excellence. I am proud to say our submissions are better than Big 5 Consulting companies. We also get global market-exposure like Middle East, Europe and Africa apart from India.

Some times we feel we are researching a lot and do not implement projects for one or the other reason

By working in Excelsis Business Solutions, we can get knowledge and experience on accounting practices and norms for African countries like Tanzania, Zambia, Kenya, Uganda, and Middle East countries like UAE. Working with local authorities and auditors helps a lot.
