No company vision and business process and ideas. 6. Hiring and firing is on fast track. 7. Attrition rate is around 50% 8. Big and fabricated words are use with no logic and business goals 9. Hr gives a fake turnover imagination 10. Anyone can be your manager any day with out basic knowledge and education of the process 11. Stay away from this company is you want to be in peace

Some times we feel we are researching a lot and do not implement projects for one or the other reason
