I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The pay structure is misleading, and the work environment is toxic. This place is all about red tape. We spend more time filling out forms than doing our jobs. I wasted so much time waiting for approvals that never came. The whole process needs to be streamlined. The food options are terrible, and they run out early every day.

...gret ever accepting a position here. It’s been a terrible experience all around. The pay is below industry standards, and raises are non-existent. Don't waste your time here. Senior management seems completely disconnected from the daily struggles of employees. Bureaucratic red tape makes it difficult to implement new ideas or improvements.

I was emotionally drained every week from the constant shift changes. It’s unsustainable. I endured daily stress from unrealistic expectations and no support from management. It was unbearable. Office morale is at an all-time low, and it shows in productivity. A toxic environment. Promotions seem to be based on favoritism rather than merit. Hard work is rarely acknowledged or rewarded. The project I was on had terrible morale. Leaders seemed more interested in playing politics than fostering a supportive team.
