Working culture, Partiality, Politics, Only those who are close to Sunny Sir gets good increment....Rest all get only 5/6 percent which is also not fix..... Terrible company is around 600crore turnover and can't give increment and bonus

There is no value of your work you are worked as a Robert you are just a labour I work 3 year but in this 3 year i naver get any appreciation even i was a good performer in this company No increments No promotion After that they deduct your incentive without any intimation

The company is good, but the management is not good..cheap politics and harrishments by general manager..exm If you do complent against if him he transfer your customers to other employees..then starting mentally abusing like insulting infront of other employees...make a fake report against of you to the management...managment is support to the mangers..like if you coordinate with director,they directly asked your name and msg to the mangers . Managment supports to the employees

Cheap politics ..mantel harrishment with women employees.. Managment not support to employees..no use to your hard work and loyalty They like persons who leak there feet..to favorites and partiality systems

It is dealership of maruti Suzuki four wheeler company .I am a part of accounts and finance team there is huge opportunity for learning .

There are issue management's focuse their sales employee for increase their sale number but as employee I fell overall employee like back office ,accounts ,finance are suffering for their growth .
