The owners of the company have a attitude problem, they think that they are the only people who owns company and treats employees as if they are slave. The management is very poor

Worst experience I have face by joining this company. Though I was with them for a short period of time , the higher management , HR and so called Governance had targeted me and pressurised me to come for 5 days a week , which eventually made me put down my papers. Too much of micro management, have to take 100 approvals for 1 day of leave . No work life balance at all , and me being a mother for small kids , I had to come for 5 days/week and stay for 9 hours in the office, whether there is work or not. If we mention our concerns to the higher management, instead of helping or giving some flexibility, they target the employee and make life hell for them . Lot of favouritism is shown to the employees who joined at 2020 and new employees are treated badly
