Flexible work hours and work from home when needed.

Dislikes

Target oriented job and no future as a lawyer if you choose to work there long term as the pay is very less compared to the work. They hire Indian law graduates especially freshers and make them work on US Court portals to download documents and all work is copy paste work. There is no concept of promotion all older women are TLs no young attorney has ever been promoted. If you ask for hike you won't get more than 5 percent maybe 10 percent if you are a favourite. No real learning. Plus they make you work on some Saturday to meet targets even though all Saturdays off technically. Choose to work here only if you are comfortable with constant pressure and rude TLs and Managers and also no learning and less salary.

Very unprofessional to work with; lots of internal politics.. no proper communication; they make you work according to their requirements and terminate without giving prior intimation and also no salary of the work done!

The company is open to innovation and really adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I was the part of best team and the best team leader from whom I have learned a lot.

Dislikes

They don't hire as permanent employee and salary appraisal.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
