...last day at Evos - I was in probation and needed to not serve the notice period. The HR informed to meet COO who called the security guard to block me and keep me arrested till I pay the notice pay. He also threatened that he can pick me up from anywhere within minutes. Now imagine, if this is on last day, how ruined the culture will be.

Nothing to like about this company. They hire people with attractive salary. But people leave them after they know their mistake of joining such fraud company.

This is a Fraud and the worst company of Bhubaneshwar. They will ruin your career. Avoid such company and their lollipop of good salary. They offer money as they do not get manpower.

Heavy Politics, Huge Backbiting, the Hr dept is the worst , they just overstaff with unnecessary positions and put huge pressure on Revenue generating people. The MD is not so much envisioned to look after the employees well being, he is just there to show off. The Hire and Fire policy is just what the company follows
