The promoters Ambitions are highly applaudable but the way he resorts to hire and fire without any proper reason is a shocker. Takes impulsive decisions with no proper base argument. My last day at Evos - I was in probation and needed to not serve the notice period. The HR informed to meet COO who called the security guard to block me and keep me arrested till I pay the notice pay. He also threatened that he can pick me up from anywhere within minutes. Now imagine, if this is on last day, how ruined the culture will be.
