Heavy Politics, Huge Backbiting, the Hr dept is the worst , they just overstaff with unnecessary positions and put huge pressure on Revenue generating people. The MD is not so much envisioned to look after the employees well being, he is just there to show off. The Hire and Fire policy is just what the company follows

...House that Leads the Group, his beliefs ,thoughts and Ideas are very Innovative. Salary is dot on time. External Cliental engagement programs are commendable. Overall the Best in Class Organization to be part of.

HR Stands a weak pillar, they often fail to hire right talents. Uprisals are a bit slow. Negotiate hard at time of Joining.

...last day at Evos - I was in probation and needed to not serve the notice period. The HR informed to meet COO who called the security guard to block me and keep me arrested till I pay the notice pay. He also threatened that he can pick me up from anywhere within minutes. Now imagine, if this is on last day, how ruined the culture will be.
