Worst company of the world. Not the world but its the worst company in the whole universe.. Not sure how other employees are able to survive in such a cheap politics

There is micro management and biased towards few people in my team which made many people to leave the company and worst top management. Do not recommend to join this company as it has bad exit process. No resignation acceptance mail will be shared and no exit documents will be shared to the employees even after 60 days after exit from the company. Lot of politics. Quality assurance manager is very very bad guy from chennai. Lot of bias towards Tamil people. No shift allowances will be provided. They expect to deliver one week of work in one day. Lot of stress on employees. Treat employees like servants. Very bad management.

Opportunity to collaborate with good people mostly and challenging myself to perform well

Management need to improve there behavior with the colleagues. Especially higher Management behaving with women employees is very bad. No proper work culture. Women who are going to join in this company think before you are joining in this company. Don't regret after joining in this company by the Management behavior with the women employees. Lot many politics inside. They don't see the hardwork of an employee.
