It depends on Client you are working with. I had worked with Vi so it was great experience. Flexible timing . exact 7 Hrs shift.

Flexible timing. 10 Hrs of night shift. No career growth. Less job security. less pay. repeated work for entire tenure.

I like in this company because its behaviour is good and better. Salary gave to time to time

Evolve technologies & services dislike because job is not secure until project is running then job is secure but project is finished .then realize the company.

This is wender company salary will come at time but growth and family medical facility not good it is puorly 3rd party company company can terminate without notice when project will end but overall it is trustable company

The main issue, no particular escalation matrix is there, If any dues pending we have to take follow up multiple times. Even need to describe whole thing again and again. Already I am facing my PF issue query since more than a year but till time not resolved

No job security ever. Management always had discussion only with the first line up because of which teamlease has faced such a bad time & ended up in closing the rollout projects. Even when v tried to contact senior management v wer given lot of reasons. Because of internal politics & few incomplete knowledge colleagues I suffered a lot.
