Management’s attitude is the worst. No employee benefits, No Perks, Salary Deductions from your hard earned money and they dont even bother to provide any explanation for the deductions.

Work-life balance. As I have seen employees who were drunked and used to chill without work were also given enough time to in the organisation. International client exposure is good.
