Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Likes

Teammates are good. However nothing for training and skill development. Salary brackets depends upon the position and department wise. Appraisal is not so good. Work environment is ok but not much professional.

The job security is good and the managers are very cooperative with junior staffs. Friendly environment with other staffs.

Promotion is the thing which is not good. You have to wait too long for promotion. Salary is very low for executive staffs.

...healthcare. management is self oriented. They treat Indian employee as donkey's. Promotions, good incentives, hike, bonus are for there people from Tajikistan only. Senior positions are reserved for tajik people, once any Indian employee start training his/her senior(tajik guy), after sometime he is worthless, they fire him or terminate him or start irritating so that he/she can resign by there own.

If you have low self-respect, this is a great place to work!

... this review they wouldn't even understand the meaning of these words. So sad. If there is a small chance they will save their money and not pay what is legally yours, they will definitely use it. And if there isn't, they will find it. Zero of diplomatic skills, competence and ability to work with people. These people only know the language of power and money. Don't waste your life working here, it doesn't worth it.
