Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employee to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated their efforts. Policies: Friendly policies and initiatives from HR department, many culture events are organized by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Food: They havesuperb canteen facility and delicious food, variety and quality of food is worth mentioning here, also there is arrangement of food for fasting employees. No dislike, only requesting to provide term insurance to all of employees as we all are travelling more than 30-50 KM, so if some miss-happening during travel then at least our term insurance will be big help to our family!

The sister company is SPEY MEDICAL and there is nothing to like here, if you have no self respect then this is a great place to work.

SPEY MEDICAL - Running by Tajikstani director, no personal & professional growth, they don't know ABC of pharma industry. I f you have the nature of buttering you may join, anytime they can deduct salary and fire you. No appreciation at all, No job security. And the company runs on the mood of the director. Not recommended to those who are ambitious and have desire to learn things and grow.

There is nothing to like about this company. They treat Indians as slave, no personal growth, no salry growth. All facilities are given to only their(Tajikistani's).

In first everything seems fine, but as you will spend more time you will find that, there are no rules and regulations, no self growth , no mental peace, no extra perks. At the time of joining they will tell you different story and on ground things will be very different. For them Indians are just servants.
